The planning committee and the undergraduate chapter are enthusiastically looking forward to Pig Dinner 2022! This year's date is the weekend of April 23rd. It will be the first in-person celebration since 2019 (knock on wood). Currently the university has no Covid restrictions on our event (again, knock on wood).

The virtual event in '21 went well enough that we are going to try a hybrid event. This will allow guys that can't make it to Ames to still be involved. We will try to stream as many of the weekend events as possible. Details for remote participation are coming soon.

We are pleased to have this year's speaker, Glenn Reynolds '73. As toastmaster we will have Scott Moore Jr. '96. They are Alpha Iota Phi Gams and we think you'll enjoy both!

All the Owl classes for '20, '21, and '22 will be recognized this year. We think that is only fitting. Ditto for all the award winners. There will also be a special presentation honoring all Alpha Iota veterans. You may have heard it through chapter e-mails. More details on that to follow.

COST

$65 for the Owl classes - $105 up to and including April 10th - $125 after April 10th

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Friday, April 22nd

• Registration begins at the chapter house - 3 pm 

• BBQ dinner at the chapter house - 5 to 6:30 pm

• Snack/cash bar at Jethro's (trivia, cards, etc.) 1301 Buckeye Ave. Ames - 7 to 10 pm

Saturday, April 23rd

• Registration at the chapter house - 9 am to 4 pm

• Lunch at the chapter house - 11 am to noon

• Association annual meeting (dining room) - 12:15 to 1:30 pm

• Memorial service for brothers who have recently passed "Ad Astra" - 1:45 to 2:30 pm

• Informal group picture at chapter house - 3 pm

• Registration at the Alumni Center (429 Alumni Lane - ISU complex center) - 5 pm

• Appetizers and cash bar at the Alumni Center - 5 to 6 pm

• Dinner and program (Reiman Ballroom) - 6:30 to 8:30 pm

• Socializing and cash bar (Alumni Center) until 10:30 pm
